Christopher M. Hodgson has owned and operated Coastal Financial Services since 1999 and has over 13 years of experience in the investment and insurance industry. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration in 1994 and earned his Master’s of Science in Financial Services from the American College in 2008. Chris is a Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS), Certified Funds Specialist (CFS) and Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC). He earned his Certificate in Business Succession Planning from the American College. He has served on the Board of Trustees and as a member of the Finance Committee for the Greater New Bedford United Way during the past 3 years and takes pride in supporting community organizations. He was recently recognized as one of Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island's Top Young Professionals, which recognizes select men and women under the age of 40 who are helping to shape the future through their business and community involvement. Chris currently resides in Dartmouth, MA with his wife, Lisa and son, Christopher.
